Materials:

120g high-gluten flour, 5g yeast, 1g salt, 20g sugar, 10g milk powder, 90g milk, 50g butter
Operation method:
1. Beat the dough until it is glove-shaped and refrigerate for 30 minutes
2. Fold it into four pieces twice, cut into thin strips and roll them up
3. Brush the surface with egg and sugar
4. Bake at 190 degrees for 18 minutes
5. Decorate with freeze-dried strawberries
Pineapple Americano

30g pineapple jam, 120g ice cubes, 120g soda water, 15g espresso, 1 dried pineapple slice
Operation method:
